Dr. Deep Goel DNB, FRCS (England) Dr. Deep Goel is presently Head of Surgical Specialties and Consultant Department of Minimal Invasive, Bariatric and Gastrointestinal Oncosurgery at Artemis Health Institute, Gurgaon, India. After completing his National Board Fellowship from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in 1996, he was appointed as Specialist Registrar in the Department of Minimal Invasive Surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital where he was instrumental in training of surgeons from all over the country in abdominal surgeries and teaching National Board Fellows and Nurses. In 1998, he was appointed as Specialist Registrar in Minimal Invasive and Vascular Surgery, The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, London where he was awarded a Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons, England in 1998. He was further trained in Minimal Invasive, Bariatric and Gastrointestinal Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical School, New York, USA and Bagatelle Hospital, Bourdaux, France. He held position of consultant in the Department of Surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for ther period of 2000 to 2007. He then joined Artemis Health Institute and set up the department of Minimal Invasive, Bariatric and Gastrointestinal Oncosurgery.
